POLICIES

Because each product is handmade special for you, returns are not permitted and all sales are final. 

Turnaround Time:  Different items require different turnaround times, and each item description will state turnaround time.

For handmade-- I have to have time to receive fabric, cut, sew, cut some more, package, and ship each item. Our current turnaround time for handmade is approximately 4 weeks (business days ONLY). 

If an item is needed in less than 4 weeks, there will be a rush order fee. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but please be understanding. 

Handmade goods require time but they are worth the wait!

Shipping: All items are shipped first class USPS with a tracking number provided. Tracking information will be EMAILED to you as soon as a shipping label is created.

After an item has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

If you are not satisfied with an item due to an issue on our end, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item (day it was delivered). Please read each description of the item you are ordering, and be aware of sizing (if you have questions regarding sizing please message us prior to ordering). Ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a return.
